The stages of an airline interview typically include:

1. Written Exam Preparation: We provide comprehensive training for airline entrance focusing on the technical part of aircraft, general performance, and CPL syllabus. Previous and important questions will be discussed and solved.
2. Application and Resume Screening: The initial stage involves submitting an application and resume, which are screened to determine if the candidate meets the minimum requirements.
3. Online Assessments: Many airlines use online assessments to evaluate cognitive and psychometric skills. These tests assess traits such as problem-solving, multitasking, and personality fit for the role.
4. Group Exercise or Assessment Center: Some airlines conduct group exercises or assessment centers to evaluate teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Final Interview: Candidates who pass the previous stages may undergo a final interview, there’s usually a technical interview focusing on aviation knowledge, procedures, and problem-solving skills. often with senior airline personnel. 6. Simulator Check: This stage involves operating a flight simulator to evaluate a candidate’s ability to handle various flight scenarios and emergencies.
7. CASS/ Compass: Crew Assessment & Selection System (CASS) and Compass Test consists of a set of psycho-motor and psycho-technical tests in the fields of computerized pilot tests, verbal reasoning, mathematics and physics. We train individuals for the CASS and COMPASS tests through a comprehensive curriculum, expert instructors, and tailored study strategies to ensure their success.
